What;s the difference between a high nicotine cartridge and a real cigarette? Very interesting product.

If my wife found it difficult to breathe around a real cigarette, thereby forcing me outside to smoke….Would the ecigarette be just as offensive to her if i used a full 16mg pack?
No it would not bother her at all. There is no smell and no second hand smoke. It does not matter the nicotine level/ mgs. that would affect the vapor production.
