Electronic Cigarette Use Sweeps The Usa Despite Lack Of Fda Approval
Even though the FDA is still debating the approval of this nicotine delivery device, many smokers already believe that just because of some of the differences when compared to tobacco, that this is something that should be approved and the sooner the better. They love the fact that it does not have to be burned and that no carcinogenic smoke or tar is produced to annoy themselves or others. They like the fact that it is odorless and does not leave a lingering stinky smell or residue like burning tobacco. They love the fact that there are not four thousand chemicals involved in producing the nicotine solution that is used in the device.
Besides those very real, very appealing facts, they are also very happy about the cost. It cost about half as much to use the electric cigarette as it does to smoke tobacco. They enjoy the convenience of the product as well. One battery stick and one filter in the morning and their vaping apparatus is set for use all day or most average smokers. Many smokers and even those that do not smoke themselves are having a hard time understanding why exactly it is that the FDA is dragging their feet so much about approving this product.
The chemicals that are used in the nicotine solution are not some unknown, untested elements. All of the ingredients used in the nicotine solution are things that are already used in a variety of different products that have FDA approval for use. So, what is the hold up? There are going to be a lot of annoyed and even angry people if they are denied the right to use a product that they believe is much safer by their own determinations and the determinations of many researchers that have studied the products and its effects. The way they look at it is like this. If tobacco, as deadly as it has been proven to be time and time again, is still legal and is openly sold everywhere to anyone of legal age, why can they not have the right to buy this product that could be proven to a much better alternative for smokers?
